"Stardock Store Failed Payment Notification"

I'm trying to keep my cool here but this is insane.

I just noticed I've recieved a letter telling me that Stardock failed payment on my preorder and thus cancelled it, however fact is my credit card was already billed the date I placed my preorder!!

So now I'm standing with 54.95$ less in my bank account and Stardock telling me I haven't bought anything?

Now, I'm posting this here in hopes that I can get help as soon as possible as I don't want the days to pass without me knowing what's going on...

Preorders are not billed until the serials go out, so that was likely the temporary hold checking for the necessary amount of credit. If you just preordered in the last day or two it should be released very soon (24-48 hours usually).

I have done that, sorry if I'm raving a bit but I was hoping to get a chance to try the game out today. Also I hope I'm not left out of Beta 2 now that me order was cancelled.

It'll probably remain open for a week or so as with Beta 1 (don't know specifically how long we're planning on but at least a few days). So once you get things sorted you should be able to reorder and get it right away.

Good to hear, that settles my worries quite a bit. Money is less important .
