What is Precision Select

Well, I just recently downloaded Cursor XP, and I love it, the icons are amazing!

But as I was looking through the different modes of the cursors (you know, like "working in background" "resizing window" or "writing" I came across something called "Precision Select" I searched everywhere for what this was, but I couldn’t find anything but some refrigerator.

So could anyone please enlighten me on what exactly Precision Select is?

Thanks,

Nick

that's the little crosshairs cursor

not all cursors are 'accurate' at the hotpoint, but the precision select is supposed to be dead center

can be useful for some doing drafting, drawing, graphics, etc

Yeah exactly, like Bichur said, it's for being very precise when you're doing something, but you can't use it everywhere though hehe
