Error message when importing icons

just lately ever since i updated to version 3.20.128 every time i try to import an icon package i get a windows error telling me that windows explorer has encounted an error and will have to be closed, i press ok then drwatson pops up a message saying the same thing, the only way i can get out of it is by ctrl+alt+delete and ending the processes manually, then explorer restarts itself and things continue as normal. i have looked exhaustively for the cause of this problem hoping that it wouldnt be icon packager, but the only time it ever happens is when i use the program. is this an issue with the latest update?, since this never happened before i updated it. It took me by surprise because this is the first problem i have ever encountered with a stardock product. It doesn't change my attitude though, stardock products are still some of the most versatile and useful programs i have ever come across and hopefully this is just a minor issue which will be fixed in the next update.
