Build bug?

I set most of my planets on the generic build que which is named after your government type. Sometimes I notice that a planet will start building a wonder or trade good after it is already built elsewhere. Example - long ago I had built my Economic Capital on Sol, but then I noticed it was being build on my other colony Nestro.. :notsure:

At the moment, GalCiv doesn't seem to cope well with one-offs being built by several planets, or even races.

It should at least pop up a warning when you build a one-off that's already being built in your empire (perhaps comparing the two planet's expected completion times).

Also, when someone actually completes a one-off, it doesn't seem to care, and will allow others to finish it, too.
