well when i run ie7 without windowblinds running its fine but with windowblinds running it DODGY!!

Its when i right click in ie7 (internet explore7)

What skin? Every skin?
What version of Windowblinds? (post system info from the WB config)
Has it always done this or is it a new behaviour?
If new, what changed?

You should try Firefox and see if it gets better. That can help locate where the problem is occuring.

Plus Firefox is a better browser.
