18% state sales tax
if the state has more money than it needs it sends it to the feds
if the feds have more money than they need they send it to the states that need help
all other taxes state and federal should be done away with
except for the gas tax and it should be used for what it is supposed to be used for repair and building of new roads
and for those of you our there fica is not a tax
