So Much For Sleeping In

I guess I went to bed too early. I wanted to be lazy and sleep in this morning. What time did I wake? 6:00am. ugh. As it was only 5:00am locally the sun wasn't even up yet.

I tried going back to sleep but it was a no go. My body said "It's time to get up!" So I got up, wandered over to the C-store for a large cup of coffee, and just accepted the fact that the day has started whether I wanted it to or not.

Ah well, I'll loaf around for a bit, get a hot shower, and wander on up through Denver. At least I don't have to be in a hurry about it.

I know the feeling. Funny how when I need to get up for work I am so comfortable there in bed but when it's my day of I'm wide eyed awake at oh-five-thirty.

Yup, never fails.

I can't sleep in tomorrow as I have an early morning delivery. That's kinda why I wanted to be lazy today. Ah well, it just wasn't meant to be. I'm just about ready to hit the road again. May as well get on up where I need to be for tomorrow.

Now it's happening a lot more what with it being spring.  Good thing you don't have to be in a hurry!  That's too stressful.

What is a "C_Store"?  Is it like 7-11 Store?

I think it is familiarity of contempt.  Ie., the older and more acquainted with mother nature we get, the more she does this to us!

C-store is short for convenience store. Just too lazy to type it out

I hear ya! I was supposed to sleep in too and was wide awake at 4am til 6am when I wrote a blog. I went back to bed though! Hope you're having a good day!

Thanks. I'm now parked about 15 minutes from tomorrow's delivery point and can just chill out until then.
