Question for the wise people

I need a help from the mankind. I still believe in kindness of the People. So I expect some guidance from the wise and sympathetic souls.
Question is: I feel completely dead inside. What should I do. Any suggestions?

You go and get some help. Seek some counselling. Find someone to talk to and open up to.

I agree with Poison and SanCho, you definately should see someone. Even if it's not a professional, just talk to someone and don't be alone right now.

If you don't feel like talking to someone, then write it out in a journal, or here online at your blog site and just select the buttons where only you see it, it will be private. I find sometimes for myself that writing what I'm feeling out does help alot because it helps me to analyze and think and it's like a big weight off your chest! Then try to do something that will make you feel good, eat some comfort food, listen to some music, anything that will help you to feel better!

Just my thoughts, nothing really profound!

One feeling empty is often faced with a dilemma, so the first step is to identify your problem(s) and then take steps to solve them....this can either come from talking about it(with a counselor, friends, or family) or taking some action to change the way your living. It all really depends on the situation. If you honestly have nothing bothering you and just feel this way, I would heavily recommend you seek someone professional for help. Try and fill your life with something healthy that makes you feel better...it could be some hobby, or you can look for a significant other, or just do some kind of volunteer work. There are several things out there that should spark a passion and a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction...

People say I'm wise...so if that helps...
