PDF Manual Downloadable with out install?

I want to get the manual and not download the Game.
Is this possible?

Download and archive the manual. Use Unzip to unzip the file that is dowloaded. Use Expand -r on the gcmanual.PD_ File, this will uncompress the file into gcmanual.pdf. Then load up and enjoy the manual :)

I haven't been able to find the PDF manual... is it different from the HTML manual in the 'Encyclopedia' section (plese.. let it be better...) and if so... where can you get it? I've downloaded and installed the game... no manual found.... ?
