well my empire collapsed, i advanced my armour alot but my ships were still no match to the mass driver weapons

found updated version of babylon 5 mod

im confused i downloaded it, then installed it, then when i went to play it i saw no B5 races

Did you enable the mod in the options???

you need to select babylon 5 as a mod then restart it. tada

 i recomend you play the twilight of amor version of B5 mod, even tho its bugged in that u cant customize ships.

A couple of questions to anyone who's played this mod:

What's the full list of major and minor races?

In DA, what super abilities does each race have? I think some are pretty obvious (Shadows - Super Manipulator), but others I'm stumped on (Narns - ?)

Just random things I'm wondering.

Also, are Vorlon/Shadow ships customizable? How does that work? I know the defaults use invisible components or something to prevent the ships from looking comically ugly...

Just downloaded the mod havent played it fully yet but found a couple of probs..

When starting a new game and picking races the earth alliance picture shows up fine but when you move to the next screen where you name and pick ship style etc.. its the game norm leader pick you see. Also the main menu picture is top half game norm and bottom half is the B5 mod.

Have to say apart form this it looks great! any update news?

Qrt, for TA or DA expansion?

TA version has more races but theres a major bug that u cant customize any ships, so u end up having to get certain techs to get the ships you want.

and in DA, it seemed to me that earth ships r very weak compared to centauri/minbari who have huge Hitpoint ships. this was in 1 specific campaign, i need to test this out again!

it seems shadow/vorlon factions werent quite finished but i dont mind it much really.

anyone out there willing to pick up this dead mod and fix its bugs??

DA. Until this point, I didn't even know there was a TA version, and not being able to customize ships sounds like a deal-breaker to me.

I'm not that interested in the TA mod. I don't even have TA and I really don't like the thought of not customizing ships. Sounds like you've played both, so what can you tell me about the DA mod?

Like I said above, I'd like to know the races (major and minor), their super abilities, how they tend to do in games (especially compared to normal DA races - for instance, does the EA do better or worse then the default Terran Alliance?), and anything else interesting.

I made the TA but credit for the ships goes to rav and the others I also have the DA version to will upload it imod when have the time.But the EA portrait not showing is a glich with TA i've had that problem with other mods I've made.

As you've both played the mod, let me ask again: what, specifically, are the major/minor races in the DA version? Also, how do they seem to do in your games? I heard on a much older thread that the 'evil' races got ganged up on and destroyed every time by a Minbari/Vorlon alliance.

What are the minor races? I think I can guess the major races but who are the minors?

So... does anyone know what the minor races are or not? I'm waiting until I get DA to download... but in the meantime, what are the minors?

The "direct Link" is not a direct link to the exe file, it is a link to another website "galactic core" which DOES NOT have the file MOD!

i`m soory/ i found on my old hdd GalCiv2 and try to game.  download B5 mod and have one problem - if i use template ships, then game is crashed. i play for EA in GalCiv2 TA (and DA have this bug to). mod downloaded from imod forum. that i do wrong?

this mod is the reason that i buy the game today.... but i can play the mod with the german language patch :/ any help or idea ?

You don't seem to be able to customize ships; oh how I wish you could. I also looked for the 'media packs' 1-2 to add the entire racial animation to trade screen etc for a few races.   I wish I knew how to mod so I could fix things. Any idea if this Babylon 5 mod will be picked up again and polished? Would be nice if so.

i downloaded the mod installed it used it and i pick the Earth Alliance with the ship style set to Earth Alliance but when i start the game i cant build ships, can anybody help?

How come U tell me  to download dthe mod and I press download and it doesn't work
