Ironclad & Stardock You Rock!

Hey guys, I just thought I'd take a moment to say how great your companies are. Most times forums seemed to be used to present the negative, and rarely do you get a positive. You have provided not only myself but to countless other gamers on here. I cant even think of one other game company that gets so involved with forums. You guys definantly care for your community, and are infact an active part of it. I have never been able to jump on another game's site, type up a post, and by the end of the day have a company rep tell me what the deal is. In a personal case, I accidentally ordered an item twice through the Stardock store. Most other companies would have laughed and said "Hey, you're fault, we're keeping the money". Without question they replied quickly to me and said "No problem, it hasn't been activated yet so you'll receive a refund."
And then of course, the biggest reason you rock, is that your making games not for gamers but by gamers. Who else would give out betas so early and let the gamers themselves become involved in the process. Sure, MMO's have been doing Betas for awhile, but a RTS? My thanks to all of you at Ironclad and Stardock! I think there's many other gamers that frequent these forums that would agree with me.

Well im not a speaker, but i truly feel the same about this, they CARE about there community.
Its also true what you say about the other game forums. They are full of complaints. But this hehe is full of you ROCK Ironclad & Stardock.

But when the game is released, we will see if the forum is still the same. But im sure it will be

I whole heartily agree you guess are 2 of the best game companies out there. i feel when i speak or have a problem you guys actually care(strange huh). these forms seem like a miracle themselves i have never seen a form with such little moderation remain so civil. The funny thing is there are prolly game companies out there that would release this game as "finished" (Its still great dont get me wrong) but they would just say we can fix anything in patches later. keep up the good work .

also its so great that when you send an email to Stardocks support, you will get an email that is written by a person instead of you standard auto answer you usually gets.

Ok Guys we love them, lets not fill their heads with hot air though   

Its a great game but already we are finding little bugs and whatnot, so lets keep up the good work, cause their games don't become what they are without the community that tests them.

I have long considered Stardock, of all game developers, to be perhaps the most customer friendly and to offer the best customer support. Most fans of Galactic Civilization LIKE Stardock and this builds consumer loyality.

So far it seems that Iron Clad will be be proceeding with a same sort of approach as Stardock and that is a good thing.

Its outrageous that Beta 1 has bugs, what kinda crap are they trying to pull on us!

Definetly true.

Both game developers have been amazing in complying to the community.

One reason I will be buying this game.

Sure the forums arent the greatest, but the people who modderate them make up for it.

Umm I was expecting lotso bugs, actually a lot more than we actually have been seeing(at least on my end and from those I've talked to) This is a very stable beta compared to what I've played before.

Well Ironclad is fairly new, and SD has somehow missed a few seminars on Real World Economics and Capatalism... but Im thankful for that.

Blasphemy! You mentioned Stardock and E-A in the same sentence! May the jabber of a million Tolians burn ur eardrums.... j/k

Glad that IronClad and Stardock gave us the opportunity to test. game so far is pretty stable (except i still can't get the intro movie to play sigh). otherwise, the game is looking positive.
