Here is some info im grabbing off the #sins IRC


1) Can't get past the opening movie sequence?
--- c:\documents and settings\username\application data\ironclad games\sins of a solar empire\settings --- then open the user.settings file and schange SHOWINTROMOVIES to FALSE

It's just the Stardock and Ironclad intros, there's no opening movie for the game yet.

Well at least there will be one... Star Trek Legacy for the PC was uber lame last year with no Opening movie...

I had an issue with Camera.setting and a few of the setting files that couldnt be loaded at start up. Seems the files were empty and deleting them from the c:\documents and settings\username\application data\ironclad games\sins of a solar empire\settings folder enabled me to progress into the game without any further trouble (have set intro to false in user.settings of course).Hope that helps anyone else in a similar situation!
