DeskScapes Help!

not a valid Win32 Application.

Hi. I have just upgraded to Vista ULTIMATE (had to once I heard about aimted wallpapers!) But, yesterday I had to reinsall Vista and afterwards, I cannot reinstall Deskscapes. When I download the installation file, I get the error message

C:\Location\StardockDeskScapes.exe is not a vaid Win32 application.

I have Dreamscenes installed and working properly, and this is an error message I have never seen before. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!
