Freelancer Question

Yeah I just got Freelancer. Can Anyone recommend some good mods for it?

Pick up the Mod manager at Lancer's reactor website and take your pick.
I gave my copy of Freelancer to my teenagers and they still love it. I wish MS had followed up on this game with an expansion or even a second game.

an expansion is a bit late at the moment, but I wish they'd make a second one.... I played that game from start to finish 5 times.... are there any mods that have a storyline??

Modding the storyline, and adding a new one for that matter, is very difficult. If you're really interested, take a look around LancersReactor.

As far as I know, there is no mod that adds storyline, most are multiplayer only. Those mods usually do work offline tho, just not as well or with a few bugs.

Although, if you didn't play the first one you can get a little more story. Freelance is a sequel to Starlancer.

I also hope there is a third in the series at some point.
