best fomat for Dream wallpapers?

i know that mpeg-2 is better than wmv, which is better than AVI(based on CPU usage).
des anyone know a even better fomat? cause if you want this thing to run on your rig and do some other pofomence-sucking tasks, you need some serious memory and CPU to do it. it is always better to try to reduce the cpu useage, for technologys we have now.

by the way, what is the point of ".Dream"? it gives you nothing! you can still find the origenal file which is still editable in X:/XXXXX/XXXXXXX XXXXX/XXX/XXXXX/XXXXX after aplying it once. and it does not contain ads as i expected? why do this?
