WB crash

So I'm making a WB skin, and all is going well until I skinned the up/down arrows of the special pane. It looked good in skin studio so I applied it, and the whole explorer bar thing wouldn't show up. I re-applied the skin and my computer crashed! any ideas wha is causing this?

Same exact thing happened to me 3 days ago. I had to reboot after the incredibly hard crash because the PC didn't reboot cleanly the first time. Haven't had any problems since and I have applied skins about 500 times. I wrote it off as just a hiccup. A very rare hiccup. Maybe a coincidence...
