what were your first thoughts of sins when you first saw it? Here are mine I was looking for free rts game sins was under free rts games for some reason and i kept looking for a way to download it till i saw Preorder and Beta yeah lol

Well after completing HW2 for the 4th time, i was looking around for any information about HW3.
I came across a topic on the HW forum about this game. And thats like 1 and a half or so years ago.

So this is my first game, ive been following since its very early stage

I thought of this game more so as RISK in space , with homeworld goodness smeared all over it...

I am a noob to these parts, as I only heard about the game back in October 2006.

I was thinking "Finally a sensful X4".
But I quickly learned about Sins' flaws. Now I only check the forums once in a while to see wether anything has improved or wether my second impression was correct.

Could you clarify on flaws? And especially why they would cause you to lose intrest before the game even went into beta?

Found out about it ~December 2005. It looked awesome and I couldn't wait. It was supposed to come out Q1 2006...been waiting ever since.

Sins is exactly what i've been waiting for...it's close to be my dream game.

I am MOO player and Sins is the next step in the genre...if they could create MOO4 on Sins that would be awesome (large number of races, Galactic Senate...)
