Errors with Alienware Guise

I just downloaded the "Alienware Guise" program from Alienware.com. I checked the system requirements and my computer meets all of them. Randomly,my Ventrilo and games such as Counter strike the frames skip about 5 seconds with this installed. I looked on the help section of the program and it sent me here, I couldn't find any posts on issues such as these and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to fix this problem or any reason why this is happening.

Does it only happen with AlienGuise? Sounds more like a WB issue.

you may have to contact Support.

As far as I know, the AlienWare OEM version doesn't have the configuration options the stand a lone programs do.

It could be an error with the skin or download...I had trouble with the xenomorph skin the first time I downloaded it. Unload it and see how much RAM you are using at idle and then load the skin and do the same. If there is a huge difference, reinstall alienguise. If that doesn't solve your problem, check for errors in the skin with skinstudio. Go to Tools->Correct Skin Errors. I think you might need the newest Object Desktop to do this correctly. I just reinstalled alienguise and the skin and now it works fine.
