CursorXP Cursor Problem

Well, every time I right click and the right click menu comes up, the mouse hides behind the menu. I've tried everything and it won't seem to show up on top :/ Can someone tell me how to fix this, please? Thanks

Also, I've noticed that when I click on the top menu thing where options such as "File" and "Edit" and "View" are, the cursor is hidden beind that too.
