Will there be a 24/7 server official server, that'll kinda act like a persistent world?

nope, theres not gonna be any dedicated servers.

Have you tryed Supreme Commander multiplayer?
its gonna be like that

But a persistent world would be nice though. But in a way it would be unfair to those that join a game thats been going on for an hour
