Beside form being one day late, this run went off perfectly fine. No pain no strain, 5 miles is just about perfect for a morning run. Any longer then that and it gets boring, or I start to worry about being made late to work.

  Tomorrow is my last Long Run of any real concern, and I am a little nerves about it.
