Help! Stardock Central does not see GalCiv!!

Do you have subscribed to drengin.net or purchased GalCiv alone? Were you part of the beta-testing?

you need to enter the serial number you recieved with the purchaes. This should be done under registration info, and under the galactic civlizations area.

Remember to use the exact same email you used when purchasing the game.

You can tell whether you are logged in properly in the right lower corner of SDC, where it should say "Logged in"

I did sign up for the beta (I have beta 4) but it won't validate my registration even though I have entered the number correctly under both Drengin.net and Galciv. It shows me as "logged in" and otherwise works (it sees other downloads and the forum). I paid for Galciv, not all of the Drengin.net games.

The serial should only be entered under galciv area, not drengin area.

Try sending a "Lookup serial number" request through SDC with your email adress, to see if the serial is correct.

It seems to register ok under Galciv, but I still can't see the download. I have checked under all of the tabs and it does not appear in any of them.

You do use SDC, Right? Newest version is : 0,99b.141 but there may be some trouble with it.
You should use the 0.98 version which can be found here: http://storage.stardock.com/files/stardockcentral098.exe

Ok. I uninstalled version 99.141 and reinstalled version 98. It says I am successfully registered for Galciv but it does not see the game to download under any of the download tabs. When I click on the Drengin.net tab, it tells me I am not registered for Drengin.net, which is correct unless that is the tab that Galciv is supposed to appear under.

I'm in a similar boat I see all of Drengin.net but no GalCiv. I was able to get the beta versions previously.

Since it successfully (or so it reports) registers Galciv, you would think that it would see Galciv. It seems like it is supposed to be downloaded from the Drengin.net menu tab even if you have not registered for the full Drengin.net package.

DJ, you have Drengin. put your Drengin serial # under Drengin, remove from GalCiv. See FAQ on this.

I tried to register with the number under Drengin.net but tt will not register under Drengin (it says the number is invalid). When I register under Galciv, it says I have successfully registered. The registration number I have should be correct as I have multiple Stardock e-mails (from today) confirming the number. Refresh does not bring up Galciv. What am I missing here?

I am experiencing the same thing. I installed everything last night, but went to look for updates today , and GalCiv won't display.

Is your GalCiv Serial Number still listed under the Drengin.net registration? If so, remove the Galciv Serial from Drengin and click update.
