I was a bit worried about this run, I am still sour from my long run, but all went well. After my disappointing performance on Sunday, I have decided to make sure I stay on schedule for these last few taper weeks.
  Despite this I ran a bit harder then I wanted. I started at 8:49 for the first mile, then clicked it up .1 of a mile for the rest of the run, and the last 1.25 miles I increased it every .25 of a mile.  I ended up finishing at 7:40.
  Over all I am happy with the run, My legs feel much better. I am still concerned about the Marathon. I am pretty much convinced that 3:30 is a un-realistic goal, and am trying to decide what is realistic. For the moment I'm just going to keep on program.
