The game comes only on CD ?

I saw in the order section that the game comes on CD.... Just 1 CD? Or what?

I can't imagine a game of this scale fitting on a 700MB CD...

Can someone clarify this? I can't recall the last game I bought that came on a single CD... Lol...

not all games require massive ammounts of memory to be great games

Many games come on dvd now...plenty of space

It would even fit on half a CD.
OMYGOD IT MUST BE SUCH A BAD GAME LOL!!!111

*shakes head*

Of the last dozen or so games I bought, at least half fit on a CD. Ok, some had 2 DVDs, but still... it's not *that* uncommon.

I'm guessing it must be coming out in a box/retail form with manual as it is going to stores? Or, is it like GalCiv2 Dark Avatar and mainly digital download only? If it is box/retail with manual, do preorders get that, or just the CD/DVD(s)?

Sins will be available at both retail stores and via digital download. If you purchase it direct from Stardock you have the option of getting both a retail box w/the download or the download only. The game will likely ship on 2 CDs in North America.

Thats what I needed to hear, lol and yes I was the guy who was thinking , OMG its only 1 CD its gonna be lackluster, but I didn't say it! I only thought it!

And Europe?

pfft Europe...

generally I find that multiple (4+) CD games tend to be rather crappy or too linear... making up for quality with quantity. 2 CDs sounds just about perfect for me.

Size doesn't matter in this case. Nothing wrong with linear if the game calls for it either.

wow, I really can't tell if a game is going to be any good, just by looking at the number of discs it comes on...

so naive, Alcari, so naive...

its just an informed guess based on the type of game and the supposed level of content.

Theres a moral to this.

Quality OVER quantity.

ha! I really did, I don't have a very large gamer budget, and after pre-ordering SoaSE to get in the beta, I only got enough money to get 1 more game over the next 2 months, and so CnC3 won! I'll pick up SUPCOM over the summer like I said.

I must say i don't know the author, I found it a long time ago, it make a great desktop picture

As how to make it fit (any image), well you could alway use gimp, it's an open source software, as good as photoshop (probably depend opinions... but anyway)

you can get gimp there: Gimp

Simply resize the image to 50x50, and save as. upload and there you go
