I'm trying to create a new article and no matter how many times I try, it gives me the message: "You are not authorized to access this page." Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Yes, your Anti-Virus software is perhaps set to not accept all cookies. Lower the setting and blog away dear boy.
