Holidays are Exhausting!

Sad yet relieved

As you can see, the holidays were exhausting at our house.  They were wonderful, happy and healthy yet I am a bit relieved they are over.  My kids don't go back to school until the 8th but the pressure of keeping everyone healthy, keeping the house clean and holiday ready, and making sure it is a Christmas to remember is over with.

Santa was good to everyone at our house.  We had lots of yummy food, plenty of thoughtful gifts and lots of enjoyable visits.  It was one of the best Christmases of my adult life.

I can't believe it is 2007!!

You better believe it 2007, it has lots in store for you - good things - lots of good things!

That is a really sweet picture of them sleeping. Glad to hear you all had a good Christmas and holidays...now get ready for the rocket ride of your life!

Jan 8th?  WOW!  Long break.  Is it also the semester break for your children?

They don't really have a semester break.  I'm not sure how they figure out the breaks.  They also get a "Mid Winter" break for a week in Feb!  They aren't done with school until June 15.  We never had the long breaks but we were done with the school year by Memorial Day.

now get ready for the rocket ride of your life!
You're probably right about that.

Cute. I'm glad your family enjoyed the holidays.

My boys don't go back to school until the 16th! They may kill each other before then.

Holy Crap!  Mine are certainly showing signs of a bit of overexposure to each other and they get along better than any siblings I've ever witnessed.  Best wishes to you TW.  BTW, how's your little beauty doing?

Glad you and the family had a great Christmas!
Thanks!  I had the good fortune of getting one of the cookies you sent to the office, yummy!
