Will there be certain units that can cloak? Or a cloak generator unit that shields a few vessels?

I think there will be cloaking, or something like that. If you look at the November pics there is one ship that is seathrought, and changes color based on surrounding. So maybe

it depends on what type of cloaking you are talking about the the vasari have a scout ship the will send false sensor readings as well as mask sensor readings. Yeah they have a ship that seems to change colors.
