| Notes: First Tempo run at 7:42. Was a bit harder then I liked, but I still had the strength to bust it up to 7:00 for the last quarter of a mile. So it could not have been to hard. No knee problems, though I did have some pain in my shoulder about 1.5 miles in, but it cleared up and I had forgotten it by the half way point. Next week is when the real fun begins, with the normal speedwork, and the Yasso 800's. | ||||
