Help...Game 2 again....

I'm in the latter stages of my second game. AI is only on idiot but here is the problem now.... I have been unable to consistently get the morale on many planets over the 50-49 point. Now many are in the low 40's. No one has more influence than me. But in addtion to that, my money is going faster than I can print it. Trade is low since there are only 2 major civs left, and I just declared war on the evil one destroying the Torians. I have lowered the tax rate lowered gov expenditures, stop building ships in far off worlds but the negative gets greater every week! What the hell am I doing wrong? Wish there was a place to upload your savegame I'd love some feedback. ANy help appreciated...that's why I played on idiot...I stink at these games!
