Notes:

 This was my last Tempo at 7:47 next week is recovery, then we go up to 7:42, which dose not seam to bad. In some ways these tempos are very hard, in others I worried that they are not hard enough. Oh well I am going to just trust Smart Coach and see how it goes. So far so good.
  All told I ran 5 miles on this, with my warm up at 12:00 and my cool down at 10:00

  No knee problem. (Brace and Band)

  On a side note my wife has the stomach flue and I am the only one at the office who has not gotten it yet. I am living in fear, of catching it and messing up my program. I think I am going to need every day of training to meat my goal time for the Marathon.
