| Notes: I guess I am getting used to my new EZ Run pace because I thought I was barley holding it and it turns out I was 20 seconds a mile fast. Next week is recovery then I move to 9:09 and it looks like that will be ok, of course I have to do 20 miles at that. Over all a nice run, cloudy but warm (For Michigan) and the roads were dry. No problems with my knee, I think if I keep wearing the brace, and the band It will be back to normal before long. | ||||
