Theme Manager basically lets you manage all your skins, icons, wallpapers, etc. from a single interface.  To run a skin like Vista Plus you will still need applications like Windowblinds installed.  Both are part of the Object Desktop suite.  You can find some more information at the links below.

The link you gave was a .suite file format, which requires "Theme Manager" Island Dog's first link in reply #1.

If you don't have Theme Manager you can still load just the WindowBlind since you just downloaded WindowBlinds. Follow the link below for the WB skin.

When you are on the page to download an item from Wincustomize you will find a section near the top called "Gallery Description". There you will find a link to the software required to open the type of file you wish to download.

Dont feel your being ' troubling' we all have been at this a long time and I had lots of help with installing all this in the beginning. Don't be afraid to ask if you don't understand what to do.

You are not "troubling" anyone.  Always feel free to ask for help in the forums, and you are welcome to e-mail me personally if you run into any trouble.

I have written a couple of articles on how to change your desktop theme using Stardock products.  It doesn't cover suites just yet, but they might help you a bit.
