Can't preorder...

I've been trying to preorder ever since it's been possible, but everytime i click the link I run into a "problem loading page" page. Any ideas?

Which link are you clicking to get the problem? It could be the server acting up, or something on your end or in between, so generally the solution will be to wait and try again later.

Like I said I've tried about every day since I heard it was available. I've tried the stardock central link ( http://totalgaming.stardock.com/store/index.aspx?page=confirm&ID=GC2DA&PRODUCT_ID=ESD-SDS-W223 )

and the one on the galciv 2 site ( https://store.stardock.com/addproduct.asp?PRODUCT_ID=ESD-SDS-W223 )
