Weight: 186.5 Time: 6:10am Temp: 39 Weather: Hazy but dry Route: 6x 1 trip around sub.
Notes:

This was the first run of my LA program, ran a bit fast, because I am way to worried about coming in a few seconds late. Over all went well.

Nike+ system off by .6 of a mile due to cold.

Left knee: (Did not were brace, but wore tendon band), seamed fine, only one notable pain, when I tried to look back over my shoulder to see if a car was coming. Will continue to keep an eye on this, and scale back runs if necessary.
