moderateman wrote a trash hate piece about me after him and bakerstreet were proven wrong on several fronts. he finally "lost it" when it became apparant that all their charges about me really being a democrat instead of being the libertarian that i am were shot down. i offered to provide my voter id and birth certificate as proof. they didn't want that and chose to instead use moderateman's blog to write a misleading piece of trash about me.
the following is a "redo" of the post i resonded with on his blog. in my response i explain the context, show where i was wrong and where he was. i source all the articles mentioned so someone can actually follow p and fact check. if you want to see what he wrote,,,go here...

the 1st point i made was pointing out that after we had our spat (which most of the derrogatory lines are taken from, out of context) and i extended (he accepted) a proverbial olive branch, as soon as i had an opportunity, i made sure to say something nice about him...

in that article, him and his cronies start with me and harrass me when i give a similiar answer as one of his friends....
i say...i have no idea if he did or didn't.
he responds with how old are you? 18? 19?
i ask him to stop, as he knows i am 39, have a wife of 11 years, 2 children and 1 on the way.
stop this nonsense...for your own sake.
i also point out that MM does indeed know who i am, and how old i am, as i answered the question less than 24 hours before he began this article. and this article was only started because the same charges he claimed here were the same ones he was trying to pollute my post, about the mark foley / dennis hastert / gop scandal with...

yes, a t this point i call him fraudman. after being repeatedly insulted on multiple posts and having anything i say to defend myself ignored and the lies and distortions repeated...
he then continues insulting me...
then the one that most level headed {opps what was I thinking} {this leaves you out}

No idea. He might have given her the Kennedy golf club treatment. Or he might have just given her the regular Kennedy treatment and accidentally killed her. He might have just driven into the water drunk and left her for dead.

at least there he admits my age...but the damage is done. i know full well who my daddy is. he's the husband of over 40 years to my mother. i grew up in a very loving and stable 2 parent household. MM suggests that he was doin my mom tho....i ask him to apologize...and yeah, i get nastly about it. if he had the balls to say anything like that to my face, i would whoop his ass. (who wouldn't defend their mother from a jerk like this?)
he continues to play insult games and somehow feebly reverse spin what i said, instead of having ANY HONOR WHATSOEVER at this point...wow, where does it say I called your sainted mom a whore? I said I just might be your daddy and you extrapulate that into your momma being a whore. FOR SHAME!! CALLING your momma a whore.
we go back and forth,,,but in the end, i extend a proverbial olive branch...and he accepts this...[B]anyway,,,i believe all these issues have been settled...and i sincerely thank you for taking a minute and giving me a vote on myspace yesterday. perhaps now that you know that i'm not some left wing wussy who's gonna back down to being bullied or personally insulted, we can have a more constructive dialog.

over the next two weeks (after the 19th) he and baker and ted and the other cronies try to somehow prove i am not a libertarian (the party i have held memebership for over 10 years) and am really a democrat plant sent to somehow change their minds. (can ya say tin foil hat boys and girls?). one day, they decide that i am wrong for defending john kerry against all the pundits who are mischarachterizing his words. i make my case,,,they insult me over and over...i eventually lead them (and boy it was easy) off the subject of kerry and back to them questioning my party affiliation. they still can't do anything to show that their conspiracy theory holds any water whatsoever. so i get insulted some more by him, baker, ted, etc....
then, he writes this piece (guess this person's name and win a prize) AS IF i am some dispiciple bad guy picking on him.
along the way i made every opportunity to find common ground, be as courteous as i was being treated, sometimes more to these low lifes. then i get painted as this. then, when i show an example of me trying to "reach out" he is shows just how dishonorable he is and how skewed he sees everything by claiming the reprint of my obvious compliment was somehow ripping on his service, which i still salute despite his showing he has lost any honor or sense of honesty the military may have attempted to instill.
he blacklists me, which is fine, i could really care less. but then he goes on in not 1, but 2 reply boxes and repeats lies he already knows are false.
until i hear some apologies, i stand by every word i wrote here. feel free to censor me as that's your perrogative. but the repeated insutls over years, without any "taking it back" or gentlemanly "shaking hands" when the scrum is over and then going sooooo low as to bring my mother into it is unnacceptable. and it will not go unanswered.
anyone who argues or debates with me knows i give as good as i get. i make no apologies for that, but i have, many times in the past, like anyone, said things that were over the line. when asked, i have apologized for it. also, anyone who talks with me knows atthe end of the scrum, i almost always try to mend fences and "virtually shake hands" usually talking about "maybe we can find common ground elsewhere." on posts where we do find common ground, i cheerfully poiint it out. that is usually ignored, or another crony steps in and begins the insults again.
and i'm the bad guy, right?
