I really like that. Could someone help me find the skin he used? The Visual Style, or Window Blinds, or Trillian skin, or even Winamp skin .. Or if someone could make the skin themself for Visual style/ms style or windows blinds that would be so completely awesome.

I can design you a site in return if anyone can get my desktop to look like his. =D

The skins he is using are for Linux, so I don't think you will find them for Windows.
