Straight troop transport with 1 billion soldiers.

I'm going to convert it to a constructor and build another one.

And I think I'll wait a while for 1.4.
It sounds like too many people are having problems with it.

I didn't even know 1.4 was available yet.

It isn't showing up on my Stardock Central, and yes I have 'show pre-release versions' enabled.

Apparently, it isn't. It's a release candidate as of this writing. I didn't know that.
