Help uploading Logon

I am not shure what I doing wrong when I am uploading a file and a screen shot for a logon I made...is there some one that can tell me how to do it step by step or just direct me in the right way

Are you getting an error, if so what is it.
Logon should be a .logonxp file, use LogonStudio to export the skin to create this file type. The screenshot must be a .jpg.
