Truckstop Dinner

When will I learn.

My truck is restocked on groceries but I just didn't feel like nuking anything so I came inside for dinner. I ordered the New York Strip. What a disappointment. The steak was tough and the baked potato even tougher. A real waste of $16.

Back to the truck now to wait for the indigestion to subside. Yuk.

guess what, it is 00h30 here and after reading your post I got hungry and went and made myself a greasy fryup cheese egg burger with garlic breaded deep fried mushrooms, yummy thanks Mason, it filled a gap!

Oh I hate when that happens! 

we went to a local cafe known for their great food,  only the ownership had changed hands and they had a new cook,  unknown to me.  My $8.00 fish dinner was like leather!  It was breaded Walleye and so tough I could barely eat it. 

Hope you find some better places to eat!
