Trouble uploading logon screen

Hi,

I've just created my first logon screen using LogonStudio but when I try to upload it to WinCustomize it says invalid screenname. What am I doing wrong?

Screenshot should be a fullsize jpg file ....with an alpha-numeric name only...no odd characters...

How do I save it as a .jpg file?


Apply the logon, hit Prt Scr, login, paste as new image in graphics program, save as jpg.

I appreciate all this help and I probably seem like a complete dunce but I am still having trouble. I saved it as a .jpg but it is still saying invalid screenname. This is the file C:\Documents and Settings\Nurture\My Documents\My Pictures\irwin\steve.JPG

Any advice?

This is exactly what it says when I try to upload:

** Invalid skin filename. Please check the name of your screenshot and try again.

what do i do?

Maybe try using a different file name for your logon and preview ……and when you upload it again, name the logon a different name.

Is the screenshot supposed to have the same name as the logon?

No….You can name the preview and logon files anything…but the name of the logonxp file is what shows up in logon studio. But what I have encountered when uploading is if the (GREMLINS) get to your upload…..that it just best to rename you upload theme name, most the time that works for me.
