Single Graphic

How to eliminate panels other than Center Panel

I would like to have a single image for my logon project. In other words, I want my image to cover the whole screen area. Is this possible? If it is, how do I acomplish my goal? Thanks for any assistance!

Ups! Got it by accident. Thanks anyway!

Well ... it seems to be a little more complicated than I thought. "By accident" is not going to make it. While at LogonStudio, I am able to make the bottom panel disappear. However, when I save and apply, it's still there. I then played with the bottom panel size and it actually goes a way but the items there disappear also and I can't move them to the center panel. Am I making sense? I would appreciate any link to an advanced LogonStudio tutorial that could cover this. Thanks for any assistance!

cangrejero, to make the wall fullscreen in the logon, you need to crop the bottom of it and use it as the bottom panel. So if you are starting with a 1024x768 wallpaper, set the top panel to "false", leave the bottom panel at 100px, and then in your graphics editor crop the bottom 100 px of the wall and save it as the bottom panel, and the remaining 1024x668 would be used for the center panel. The center panel will fill in the top panel if the top is set to "false".
It's still not quite as easy as it sounds to get it exactly right, but with practice it doesn't take very long.

Thanks! Will work on it. By the way, is there an ideal size for the starting wallpaper? Thanks again!

Ideal size for full wall style is your screen resolution.

The logon will only work right at the resolution of the wall or lower when set to fixed size. If you use a 1024x768 wall, it will shrink up at 1280x960 or 1280x1024 if it's set to fixed size in the center panel. If you set it to stretched, it will work at larger res, but sometimes it will show white spots all over and you need to change the code in the uifile to make them go away. I'd suggest a larger wall if you want others to be able to use it if they have a higher res. You can email me if you need any help and I'll do what I can for you. [email protected]

Dear boss0190: I appreciate the offer to contact you by email and I might do so in the future. However, your assistance has been wonderful and has allowed me to explore other areas of the program. For that and the offer, thanks! Wish you the best and hope to be able to return the favor in the future.
