Women aren't into looks as much as men, they look at other qualities much more than men do. So Bob Uecker having a stalker is no surprise. David Letterman has one, too. Both are funny so maybe they enjoy their sense of humors. I don't know, but I do know it's very scary.
When I lived in Buffalo there was this bar my GF and I went to alot. A friend of her's bartended so we would get drinks half off. It was always a good time there. A friend of the bartender started sending me mail. At first it was just friendly stuff. I showed my GF and asked if she knew who she was. I didn't remember her at all. Letters came everyday then e-mails then notes left on my car then hundreds of phone calls. My GF and I moved from Buffalo. Not because of what was going on, but because my GF had finished college and was going to go to another college in Portland.
Now here's the scary part, we hadn't even finished moving all our things into our house in Portland when I already started receiving mail from that woman. Then a few days later she called on the phone. We haven't even told our family and friends our number yet, yet here is this woman calling for me. She asked if I could come back to Buffalo to see her. That her grandmother had a cabin near some mountain in Pennsylvania and we could spend a week there getting to know each other. I told her I couldn't because I loved another woman, plus I wasn't good enough for her and how I needed help mentally. She went crazy on the phone, cussing at me telling me how dare I tell her that SHE needed help mentally. She then said she was going to kill herself but before she did she was going to make sure no woman ever got to be with me again. She hung up and I never got an e-mail, a letter or call again. But for awhile there I was always looking over my shoulder.
That's why I say women look at more than good looks. If my ugly ass can have a stalker I don't see why a celebrity can't have one, even Bob Uecker. Hey, Doc, you should be glad women enjoy more than beauty, otherwise we both would be single.
