I don't know if that is an actual LogonStudio theme, but the wall used is one that i have. I don't remember where I got it, but I think you might find it browsing the Screenshots section of Wincustomize. I'll bet the wall is a d/l on deviantart.com. The copy of the wall I have is labeled "Sleek_and_Sporty.jpg" I never use underscores, so must be original name.
