Problem applying Logonstudio themes

My logonxp theme files will not apply, everytime i double click them they dont show up in the theme file menu or anything. Anyone familiar with this issue??

what happens when you double click?
what happens when you right click - open with LogonStudio?
what happens when you open logonstudio and 'import' one you downloaded?
