There is an age limit on alcohol and cigarettes in the UK and I feel sure (but do not know for sure) that if a kid under 16 tried to buy a porn video in the UK they would be stopped by the shop owners. These age limits do not stop anything though- if they want to do it, see it, smoke it, drink it (they the kids) will find a way to do so.

It is a tough one to handle and find a way to make it work so kids under a certain age do not get their hands on this type of material, I do not envy the person whose job it is to do so in governments.

There is always some sicko out there willing to dispense it and distribute it just for the sake of a few quid even if it is to kids. these people are of unconsionable (spelling?) character.
