Hockey Giant has the best customer service on the planet!

I will definently shop with them again

So recently , I ordered an Replica Adult XL Colorado Avalanche Hockey Jersey that I wanted to have by Friday for skating practice. I also ordered a pair of matching hockey socks to go along with it. Well guess what happened. I was sent by mistake a blank hockey jersey in the color style of the Colorado Avalanche but no logos. I went crazy! So I phoned up Hockey Giant this morning and got an extremely friendly customer service Respresentitive named Nidya. I explained the situation to her and she was more then totally motivated in helping me out. She aplogized for this mistake. So this is what happened.

1. She placed an Order for the correct one. The new order ships out tomorrow, and they will overnight it so I will have it on Thursday. The overnight service fee was on them because of the error that occured

2. They are paying for the return to Hockey Giant by sending out someone from Fed Ex to pickup the package and send it back to them.

Overall I am highly impressed with their customer service, and service like this is so hard to come across these days. Not once while I was on the phone I was given the run around. 3 cheers for Hockey Giant and CSR Nidya!

You know what is sad? All they did was correct their mistake. That shouldn't warrant such excitement. Remember, they screwed up before they fixed their mistake. Boy, the world has changed.

Let me explain my excitement. After being screwed over by other customer support services over the phone with bad english and other mishaps , I was relieved to find that a company such as them was so nice and friendly , I was totally suprised! I didnt expect them to be so supportive and helpful in getting the mistake fixed and there were no questions asked!

Don't get me wrong. It makes my day to get someone on the phone I can at least understand, nevermind them solving the problem.   

I guess our standards can't get any lower.

I agree. It's always great when you are treated well at a customer service. Here's what happend to me:

Last friday at 16:00 my ISP disconnected me. I called their customer service and found out that I missed a bill a couple of months ago. They said if I was able to pay today they would reconnect me. I explained that in that case I had to hurry because the local postoffice where I could make a transfer closed at 17:00. The guy told me not worry. He would reconnect me straight away if I promised to pay on monday. Now that's service. I made a mistake and they still helped me out.

Im changing my opinion from Good Customer Service to service that needs improving.

They screwed me over once again by sending out the replacement via Standard shipping instead of overnight as promised. This really makes me mad.

So I called them up about it and all they did was put a credit back on the card for $13.98 to compensate for the error.

Well now its back to the waiting game once more.

We will see how they did on my order with the hockey helmet I ordered which is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Did they give me the right size? Well see tomorrow.

Okay I recieved the item I was expecting from today, No problems at all! Same size I ordered and the color I ordered in too. Maybe it was a one time fluke.

Tomorrow , the resent out jersey arrives and well see whats up then

Did they get the order right on the second time or will they botch it up for a third time???

Im a little late on writing the conclusion to this story , so I would like to say that they fullfilled the right order the second time around and things are okay!
