Logoff and turn off computer are on start menu not taskbar, if taskbar is what you meant.

Well, I know where they are, I can modify them, but I just can't see them when I apply them. Please someone answer this soon.

If you're using a bmp file, and the Translucency Switch is enabled, they will disappear.

It could be wrong settings for transparent and translucent for the type of image you are using, it could be that the content margins for bottom bar are set that is not allowing buttons to show.
It would be easier to help if you could post screenshots of SkinStudio so we can see what you are doing. For this would need to see buttons screeny and bottom bar screeny.
To post screenshots in forums they must be on the web, Photobucket and Imageshack are the 2 people here use the most.

Here is my logoff buttons and what my taskbar actually looks like. Btw, if modifying it has anything to do with it, just know that it wasn't there even when it was the default file.

What's the file type of the image you're using? The more info you give us, the better.

Well, I believe it is a .bmp, but I don't know right now. I'll have to check when I get home.

For a tga image you need both transparent and translucent selected.

Use SkinStudio to zip skin as a .wba, File, Zip for distribution. Then go to SkinArtistry Workshop
You will need to register, it is free.
Upload skin and in description state what you are having problems with.

Try to check the "content margins" for the bottom of your start panel, this could push your button out of the start panel area with hight values.
