Into the Light of the Dark Black Night

The warm weather makes me want to bust out my hippy garb and start singing. I put on my Jimi Hendrix Experience tonight and had flashbacks to lying on the Leaside hill with Phantom after classes listening to our Hendrix and soaking up the sun. I'm really looking forward to some springtime freedom. All of my past early summer experiences revolved around highschool, so this whole free-time and working business is going to be a new one. But the more I think of it the more I want to grab my sandals and dress up at the garden, or wander home from Younge and Eg in the rain. I want to do my hair up all fancy and walk out for ice cream in the dark. This morning I was singing camp songs in the shower and thinking about what I want to do for my birthday. Yay summer! It's coming and I can taste it.

Me too...it's staying lighter longer at night (it was even before Daylight Savings Time), the days are getting warmer, and I've had to turn the AC on a couple of times this week. I love summer.....

...having said that I just saw the weather forecast for tomorrow and it's supposed to snow here. What the f&$k is up with that?

Forecast for my area is sun, sun, and more sun! I am hoping that this is the end to that snow business. I'm actually looking forward to this long weekend!
