Need help (this is pissing me off)

Can anyone tell me why the images are not taking into effect when i apply the changes from SkinStudio, made changes to start button, completely redone the task panel and the only thing taking effect on that is the window borders, the task pane, Title Bar Image, Special Title Bar Image,Panel Content Image, and Special Pane Content Image do not take effect when i apply the screen, i tried to take the image i used for the top of the window and replace that with one that didnt work thinking it was the file type but it still didnt take effect

Email me the file and I'll take a look as soon as I can. I can't even begin to guess what your doing wrong unless you didn't start with a UIS2 file.
