To the Hospital, Baby GAP, and Back Home Again

Well, I'm home from the hospital. 

That SUCKED.

Thank you all for the care and concern and an especially big thank you to everyone who called to check on me.  It was so sweet and made me feel very cared about.  Thanks so much.

I'm kinda sleepy so I won't waste time with a long drawn about article describing how the ambulance ride felt like being in a blender or how I had an adorable nurse who looked like Jennifer Garner or the fact that I had to measure and record my pee every time I went and that I actually peed 750 ml at one time. 

No need to get into all of that.  I know what you guys really want to know.

Baby Isabella is due the day after Thanksgiving, and we couldn't be more excited.

I was thinking the same thing. 

Congrats on the baby girl! 

Now you and JillUser have one more thing in common- you both have two boys, and your third is a girl.

Be prepared- girls aren't all sugar and spice and everything nice.  Their emotional drama queens.  LOL

Okay I have no idea what happened but I'm very pleased everything is okay and Congratulations about your daughter. Babies are beautiful and toddlers drive you insane Those are some adorable outfits.

I can't believe she already has a name! I changed my mind about Elana's name four times when I was pregnant. She was Elana, Georgia, Keryn (but not spent like that I can't actually remember how I spelt it) Joella then Elana again.
Isabella is beautiful and goes really well with Orian and Xavier.

Congradulations! And glad to see that the two of you are okay.

Having a little girl around is such a difference after the boys. I bet you'll love it.

My wife's enjoying having a little girl around the house (and the boys enjoy her, too.) In fact, since she was born the day before his 3rd birthday, our middle son still calls his sister the best birthday present he's ever had. And that's 5 years later. Now, if we can only keep that up for the next 50 years ...

I hope your boys feel the same way.

Congrats! It was funny that I was thinking the first two ultrasound shots looked a lot like Ashley's...then the third one looked just like Ashley's! I am sooo excited for you because, and I think I can safely say this, I don't know EXACTLY how you feel but pretty damn close I suspect.

Alex was born 2 days after Thanksgiving and it was actually a pretty nice time to have a baby. You are going to have very exciting holidays this year and the cutest Christmas pictures ever!

Mum and Dad send their congratulation too. I like the name you picked, I've decide on Mirabella* for girl's name....I just seem to be lacking the whole girl to impregnate with my demon spawn part of the equation.....


*Though if I find a REALLY open minded girl Salmonella is my first choice or if I have three girls Sally, Monica and Ella. Yes, I have mental problems!

Well, I'm glad to hear that all is well, Tex. I didn't want to call because I am remarkably lousy with those sorts of calls, but our best wishes were/are still with you and yours. Glad to hear you're getting your girl (I kind of figured as much when Sabrina said you had exciting news, but held off on it), and hope everything continues to go well!
